Common Questions
Do you travel for weddings?
Yes! We love destination weddings. Travel fees may apply for locations beyond 100 miles from our base.
When will we receive our film?
Your highlight film is typically delivered within 6-8 weeks. Full feature films within 10-12 weeks.
What's your cancellation policy?
We require a £100 deposit to secure your date. This is non-refundable but transferable to another date within 18 months.
Can we choose our own music?
Absolutely! We work with you to select music that reflects your style, or we can provide licensed tracks.
Do we pay more for additional filmmakers at our wedding?
No we charge one price for all of the service we provide. That means we will have three filmmakers doing their job with you all day long.
When is the final balance due?
You have the opportunity to make payments off the balance of your film right up to the balance due date if you want to spread the cost. Or you can wait until 4 weeks before the wedding to clear the balance completely.
Will I know you're filming me?
The one thing we don't do is stick a camera right in your face. The art of good filming is that you should not even know we are there which many of our Brides can testify to. We capture everything but not seen.
What are the requirements for drone flying?
Rules on flying drones have tightened over recent times, providing you are not getting married in a no fly zone and the weather does not permit flying then we will be flying.
Do you dominate our time away from our guests?
There are two times in the day that we will ask to steal a bit of your time. One to do 10 minutes of just the two of you filming, some romantic slushy stuff and the second to film our ending to your film towards the end of the day. Other than that we will leave you alone. It's your day to spend time with your friends and relations not be worried about the next take.
When do you stop?
Generally our filming finishes about an hour into your evening reception unless you have sparklers or fireworks planned, in that case we will be there until that is done.
